This is where I need help.
The problem: I have an entire bookshelf full of books that I can't bring with me. They're heavy, they take up way more space than I have available, and once I'm done reading them, they'll most likely be the first things to go when I need more packing space. But I love real books. There's something about seeing the stack of pages slowly shift from right to left that makes me really happy.
The solution, certainly not ideal, and no replacement for the weight of a heavily used paperback book: iBooks for iPad. My plan is to load up my iPad with books. I've started building my collection, with about 30 titles so far. But that isn't enough!! I need your suggestions of books I can get for my iPad (or the Kindle app).
Worst of all, my favorite titles (anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez) are not available in English for either iBooks or Kindle. Anyone who can come up with a solution for this will get a massive prize (TBD).
